在您使用我们服务的过程中，我们可能会收集：您注册时提供的账号信息（企业名称、联系方式）、您主动上传的经营资料与内容、服务使用过程中的操作日志、以及为保障服务安全所必需的设备信息。
我们收集的信息将用于提供、维护和改善我们的服务，开发新功能，以及保障账号安全。具体包括：内容生成与发布、数据分析报表、客户支持。
在您明确授权后，我们才会将您在本平台创作并确认的内容，通过官方接口发布到您自己的第三方平台账号（包括但不限于 Facebook 公共主页、LinkedIn 等）。
对于 Facebook 平台：我们仅在您（公共主页管理员）通过 Facebook 登录并主动授权后，获取发布内容到您自己公共主页所需的权限；我们不会将您的 Facebook 账号信息用于任何其他目的，不会向任何第三方出售或共享您的个人信息（we never sell your personal information）；您可以随时在我们的平台或 Facebook 的「设置→业务集成」（Settings → Business Integrations）中撤销授权。
您有权访问、更正、删除您的个人信息，撤回对第三方平台的授权，以及注销您的账号。您可以通过后台设置或联系我们行使上述权利。账号注销后，我们将依照法律法规要求删除或匿名化处理您的个人信息。数据删除的具体方式请参阅《数据删除说明》（/data-deletion）。
我们采用业界领先的安全技术保护您的信息，防止未经授权的访问、使用或泄露。您的数据存储于中华人民共和国境内的服务器，仅在为您提供跨境发布服务所必需时，通过加密通道传输至对应平台。
我们的服务面向企业客户，不面向未成年人。若您发现我们误收集了未成年人的信息，请联系我们删除。
我们可能适时修订本政策。重大变更时，我们会在页面显著位置或邮件通知您。

Guangdong Shenzhou Shuyun Technology Co., Ltd. ("we") values your personal information. This policy applies to our soogd AI platform and related services.
Account information you provide when registering (company name, contact details), business materials and content you upload, operation logs while using the service, and device information necessary for service security.
To provide, maintain and improve our services, develop new features, and keep accounts secure — including content generation and publishing, analytics reports, and customer support.
Only with your explicit authorization will we publish content you created and approved on our platform to your own third-party accounts (including but not limited to Facebook Pages and LinkedIn) via official APIs.
For Facebook: we only request the permissions needed to publish to your own Page after you (the Page admin) log in with Facebook and grant access. We do not use your Facebook account information for any other purpose, and we never sell your personal information. You may revoke access at any time in our platform or in Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information, revoke third-party authorizations, and delete your account via dashboard settings or by contacting us. After account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information as required by law. See our Data Deletion Instructions (/data-deletion) for details.
We use industry-leading security technologies to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Your data is stored on servers in mainland China and is transmitted via encrypted channels only as necessary to provide cross-border publishing services.
Our services are designed for business customers and are not directed at minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor by mistake, please contact us to delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via a prominent notice on this page or by email.
